Can I buy, sell, or share accounts?

Selling, buying, trading, or giving game accounts to other players is against our policy.

We cannot guarantee the security of any account that has been passed from one player to another, and we reserve the right to ban any account that has been transferred between two different players.

How do I save game progress? How can I transfer my game data to the new device?

You can link your Summoners Glory game progress to [Email, Apple, Twitter, Google+, Facebook] accounts.

Once you link your account, all data will be saved and you will be able to log in from different mobile devices to continue to play on the same account.

We recommend that you link your account to protect your data. You can link your account by following the steps below:

  1. Open Summoners Glory App
  2. At the “tap to start game’ screen, on the top right corner, click [User Center]
  3. Select the account to want to link with your Summoners Glory game progress.

I lost my account, what should I do?

You can save you Summoners Glory game progress by linking to [Email, Apple, Twitter, Google+, Facebook,] accounts.

If you have lost your account, contact us, and we can try to help you.

To restore the account more quickly, the following information is required:

  1. Your Character Nickname
  2. Character UID
  3. Server
My account has been restricted, what happened and what can I do?

The reason/duration of the block will be stated on the restriction message when starting the game. If you still have questions regarding the restriction, please tap on the ‘Submit a Question’ button and provide the following information:

  1. Your Character Nickname
  2. Character UID
  3. Server
  4. Restriction reason/Screenshot of the restriction message
I linked the wrong account! What can I do?

Unfortunately, linked accounts cannot be changed back to a guest account.

Changing or resetting the device, or reinstalling the game will delete your guest account including in-game purchases.. Deleted data cannot be recovered so we recommend that you play with your account linked.

In-app purchases and billing

I haven’t received my in-app purchase.

Sometimes a situation can arise when a player spends money on a purchase, but resources aren’t added to their account. This is extremely rare, but it is possible. In this case, please, wait a little while (it can take from a few minutes to a day).
If the resources still haven’t been added after 24 hours, please contact our support team and provide the following:

  • Your Character Nickname
  • Character UID
  • Server
  • Purchase date and item/package name
  • Items credited or refunded?
  • Google Wallet email address or a screenshot of the iTunes purchase history

Google Play Store

  • Log into your Google Wallet account (www.google.com/wallet)
  • Confirm the email used for purchase and Order Number through there

iTunes App Store

  • Log into your iTunes account (www.apple.com/itunes)
  • Please provide us with a screenshot of your entire iTunes purchase history showing all recent purchases made within the game

Google Play Store | Where can I find my transaction history (Google Play Order Number)?

You can find your order history on the G Pay page for purchases you made in Google Play Store.

How to find the Google Play Order Number?

  1. Go to the G Pay page and login with the account you used to make the purchase. (https://pay.google.com/payments/u/2/home#oneTimePurchase)
  2. Click on the menu in the top left corner to access your Order History.
  3. Click on the product you purchased to see the receipt. The order number will be at the bottom.

How do I find the Google Play Order Number?

  • It consists of 17 numbers and looks like this: GPA. 0000-0000-0000-00000.
  • Every purchase made in the Google Play Store will receive an order number.
  • This order number is different from the confirmation number you receive from your card company, service provider, and others.
iTunes App Store | Where can I see my purchase history?

How to find your Purchase History on your PC iTunes?

  1. Login to PC iTunes → “Account” at the top of the iTunes window → Sign in with your Apple ID → View My Account
  2. View Account → Click “See All” in Purchase History
  3. Purchase History → Set purchase date
  4. Click on [More] shown on the right of the product
  5. You can see the date of purchase, order ID, name of the products, and their price

How to find your Purchase History on your Mobile iTunes?

  1. Go to Settings > [your name] > iTunes & App Store.
  2. Tap your Apple ID, then tap “View Apple ID”. A message may appear asking you to login with your Apple ID.
  3. Swipe up to “Purchase History” and tap it.
  4. You can see the date of purchase, order ID, name of the products, and their price

Connection and performance

My game keeps crashing/disconnecting or does not load.

With the game’s 3d graphics, skill effects, and many game features, it does require a lot from devices.

We are constantly working on ways and updates to improve our game and system to relieve these issues.

You may try to reduce any of these issues with the following:

  • Make sure you have closed programs running in the background.
  • If your device is at full capacity, try clearing up some space and turn it off and back on
  • Try clearing your cache.
  • Try reinstalling the game (make sure your account is linked before doing that)
  • If your device’s temperature is too high, let it cool down a bit before playing again.
  • Connect to a strong and stable Wifi or solid mobile data.
  • Try using a different device if you have access to it.
What are the minimum system requirements for the game?

The minimum system requirements for Summoners Glory are listed below.

  • AndroidOS: Android 8.0
  • iOS: IOS 9.0

The game may not run smoothly with the minimum system requirements due to graphics settings, performance, and data environment.

The minimum system requirements may be changed due to game development.

How can I redeem the coupon codes?

You can use your coupons on your devices by following the steps below.

When a coupon is used, the items are sent to your mailbox. The mail will expire after a period of time, so please collect your items as soon as possible.

Depending on the type of coupon, there are limitations on how many times it can be used and may have an expiration date. Please note that it may be difficult for us to provide assistance if the coupon reaches its limit or if it expires.

I redeemed the coupon code, but I did not get any rewards.

Please try completely exiting the game, restarting the game, and checking your mailbox!
